Lionel - ALCOs and Special Sets This view shows most of the ALCO diesels. The set on the top shelf is the super rare Girl's Train Set. The emblems above are some of the complete collection of railroad emblems available in special Post cereal boxes in the 50s. Lionel - Girl's Train This is the one! When this set came out Lionel couldn't give it away. Today no collector will give it away either. These are virtually impossible to find in premium condition. Lionel - Short Box Cars and Pre-War The section contains all of the O27 box cars and some of the Pre-War items in the collection. Note the black and white cow sticking his head out of the Armour Cattle Car. This is a rare set of cattle only packed with the Armour cars the first year produced. Lionel - Steam and Motorized Units This wall contains all the steam engines of the period. The top and part of the second shelf hold all the small motorized units that began with the Gang Car in 1954.
